Below is the form that you will need to fill out to register to become a senior model.

Please note that there is one drawing per school year and only 2-3 applicants per school are chosen.

Forms need to be in to Maggie no later than March 15, as the drawings will take place on April 1.

All applicants not chosen as a model will receive a $100 senior photo-shoot package.
This package includes:
4 clothing and location changes
Private online viewing gallery
one free 8x10 photo
